THE LITTLE PEOPLE'S SHOPPE NOW CELEBRATING ITS 10TH ANNIVERSARY!!
The Little People's Shoppe opened its doors on May 15, 1998 nestled in a cozy corner of North Wales, PA. A consignment shop specializing in children's merchandise, we built a solid reputation for providing top-notch quality and service to our customers. In January of 2003, we moved our shoppe to the Bell Run Shopping Center (later called Assi Plaza) on Welsh Road, increasing our space and our parking capacity.
To better serve our clientele, the Little People's Shoppe has once again relocated its facility and is now located in the "Pavilion", located at Broad & Hancock Streets in Lansdale. This new facility offers yet even more space for our increased inventory and improved visibility for both our customers and consignors. Since 1998, the Little People's Shoppe has been deeply committed to the safety and well-being of children. We track all recalls through weekly research (utilizing the internet and other available services) to ensure that all products that come through our Shoppe are safe and reliable. We continue to monitor our inventory systems through the use of custom inventory management software and offer a "Wish List" to better service our customers by meeting specific requests for items. The "Wish List" program has been extremely successful and adds to the complete customer oriented program we offer. In addition, the Little People's Shoppe offers a "Customer Appreciation Program" providing additional discounts to frequent shoppers.
Many well known name brands are represented in our infant through Junior sized apparel and maternity wear, as well as a unique selection of toys and equipment in good working condition, clean and complete with all of their parts. Every item available is at a considerable savings over 'new retail', and we often run sales and offer coupons to provide up to another 50% discount (see our Current Monthly Specials page for this months deals and coupons). We have added the famous "Webkinz" to our mix and offer these adorable pets at prices far below the average retail store, in addition to offering a special rewards program. Along with the extensive line of Webkinz and related accessories, we now carry a line of "new" items to compliment our gently used, offering our customer base one-stop shopping including the purchases needed for those special gift occasions. Included are selections provided by local artists/crafters offering the additional feature of "individually personalized" when requested.
The Little People's Shoppe is a local business operated by Peg and her daughter, Lori. Peg, with six beautiful grandchildren, and Lori, the proud mother of two children, understand the needs of parents, grandparents AND the retail market. Peg and Lori view their business as offering a valuable service to the community, and currently support several local charitable groups through equipment and clothing donations. We have become members of the local business organization and look forward to helping with the continued growth and well-being of the community as well as involvement in events helping those less fortunate. The appearance and character of our friendly Shoppe show our dedication, enthusiasm and courtesy for both our customers and our consignors.
